HOME IN FIVE ADVANTAGE: Down payment is 0%. Household income limitations Max income is $88340. Can be used with FHA, VA, Conventional loan programs. Grant is 5% of loan amount. Military Personnel Active, Reserves, veteran, Retired. Grant is 6%  Maricopa county only.

HOME PLUS: Down payment is 0%. Household income limitations Max income is $88340. Can be used with FHA, VA, Conventional loan programs. Grant is 4% of loan amount. Military Personnel Active, Reserves, veteran, Retired. Grant is 5% Not available in Maricopa and Pima county. 

FIRST DOWN: 1/2% Down FHA Loan programs only FICO as low as 580.

 

JUMBO: Loans over $417,000  up to $3M 20% down  VA Jumbo up to 1M Requires 25% down.
